International Music Festival of Český Krumlov
Opera legend Plácido Domingo, writer and composer Dan Brown, jazz drummer Billy Cobham and singer Adam Plachetka - Český Krumlov International Music Festival celebrates 30 years and welcomes world stars.
The jubilee 30th year of the Český Krumlov International Music Festival, which will take place from 4 to 18 September, will be spectacular. The opera singer Plácido Domingo will open the program with an open-air gala concert with a view of Český Krumlov Castle. Bass baritone Adam Plachetka, violinist Leticia Moreno and jazz legend Billy Cobham will also perform at the festival.

A novelty this year is the Festival Zone. It will open to the public for the first time on July 31 with the Czech premiere of Wild Symphony by the world-famous writer and composer Dan Brown, who will read from the book of the same name during the symphony. This year, the festival will offer 16 concerts in 5 environments, including the Festival Zone.
